Manual 12 Ton Force Spectropress® For XRF or IR Sample Briquetting
Contemporary designed manual press delivers 12 tons of force is compact and light weight for counter top and for field operations. Uniquely incorporates platen that accepts 13, 32, 35 and 40 mm stainless steel briquetting dies for XRF powdered sample briquetting and 13 mm dies for IR applications. Large accessible area permits fast and easy die removal and reinsertion. Quick release control retracts ram for die removal and sample ejection. The stainless steel dies are able to accept the tapered and straight-walled briquetting cups.
Long 20" (51 cm) pumping handle with rubber grip facilitates pumping, quick pressure release for die retraction and analog gauge indicates from 0 to 12 Tons in 0.2 ton increments and 0 to 10,000 PSI in 250 PSI increments. Includes mounting holes for improved stability.
