AutofluxerTM Automatic Fusion Machines for XRF Beads and Dissolutions for ICP and AA Analysis
Compact automatic fusion machines provide flexibility to make XRF beads or solutions for ICP and AA analysis simply by adding modules without any tools. Automatically transform powdered samples into "iso formed" vitreous beads for direct XRF analysis. Matrix, particle and particle-size related differences between samples and standards are eliminated. The process is amazingly fast and the machine is simple to operate with minimum counter top occupation.
Includes many features: Independent operation of each station; Auto ignition of burners; Operational with either propane or natural gas; Wide range of temperature for shorter melting cycles, high temperature applications up to 1600o C and high altitudes; Computer-controlled pre-warming, pre-melting- agitation, principal melting and cooling cycles with manual over-ride capability during operation. Controlled timed agitation and swirling. A lockout provision allows access to controls depending upon expertise levels. Includes sensors for detecting placement of moulds. Easily converts to ICP or AA solution applications by simply adding magnetic stirring modules with variable stirring speeds. The molten sample material pours directly into PTFE beakers automatically.
