DOUBLE OPEN-ENDED XRF SAMPLE CUPS
MICROPOROUS FILM, VENTED SAMPLE CUP CAP ATTACHMENT PROVISION AND ALTERNATE CHOICE OF INTEGRATED THIN-FILM SAMPLE SUPPORT WINDOW TRIMMERS
One of two supplied Snap-On Rings allow Microporous Film attachments to the upper Cell neck for pressure equalization within the sample cup and sample chamber to maintain a flat taut thin-film sample plane with applications requiring inert helium flushes or vacuum.
Uniquely designed Cell accepts Snap-On Rings on either side. Upper outer flange indicates the top side of the Cell for use when attaching Microporous Film or uniquely vented Sample Cup Caps, 1600 Series.
One of two supplied Snap-On Rings permit thin-film sample support window attachment to the lower Cell neck and permits top sample filling. Snap-On Rings utilize unique “bead-to-indent” geometry when assembled to the Cell to form taut thin-film sample planes and effective seals against leakage.
Alternately available in nominal 32 mm diameter sample cups with integrated serrated edged Snap-On Rings that allow extraneous thin-film trimming close to the sample cup. Order by catalog number followed by "SE".
A 1540 XRF Sample Cup is illustrated with optionally available Microporous Film for equalizing pressure differentials within the sample cup and sample chamber.
