"Snap-On Ring" is designed with a semi-spherical bead on one end of the interior circumference that coincides with a semi-spherical groove on the exterior of the Cell neck. The unique “Bead-to-Indent” geometry is responsible for firmly securing a thin-film sample support window in position to form leak resistant taut thin-film sample planes.

Integrated External Overflow Reservoir collects thermally sensitive fluid samples with tendencies to expand.

Puncturable ThermoPlastic™ Seal provides venting for equalizing pressure differentials between the interior of the sample cup and sample chamber.
