INTEGRATED EXTERNAL OVERFLOW RESERVOIR AND ALTERNATE CHOICE OF INTEGRATED THIN-FILM SAMPLE SUPPORT WINDOW TRIMMER
Available in 32 and 40 mm Diameters
Re-sealable cap integrates an external overflow reservoir and offers the option for venting in combination with the Cell through a uniquely formed evacuation passageway; re-positioning of the cap permits re-sealing the sample.
The Cell incorporates a tapered neck with a semi-circular indent that firmly forms a wrinkle-free thin-film sample support window and secures it in position.
The Snap-On Ring is designed with a semi-circular bead on the inside diameter that matches the indent on the cell neck. The combination of the “bead-to-indent” geometry of the cell neck and Snap-On Ring form taut thin-film sample planes and leak-resistant seals.
Alternately available in nominal 32 mm diameter sample cups with integrated serrated edged Snap-On Rings that allow extraneous thin-film trimming close to the sample cup. Order by catalog number followed by "SE".
