Sulfur & Metals in SpectroCertified® Sets For Oil Samples
Varied multi-element metal concentrations with consistent sulfur content in mineral and diesel oil bases are formulated to closely approximate actual sample matrices. All elements are present in PPM concentration levels.
• Choice of diesel or residual oil matrices and mineral oil
• Sulfur concentration spreads
• Varying Fe, V and Ni metal content
SpectroStandards® sulfur and metal (Fe, V and Ni metals) SpectroStandards® Sets are used for the analysis of fuel and residual oil samples. They are formulated in residual and mineral oil matrices. The metal constituents are independent of the sulfur content and collectively offer a comprehensive element concentration spread to closely match actuality and particularly to establish a standardization program. The sets are comprised of 12 individual units each containing 100ml of the standard.
SpectroStandards® fuel and residual oil standards are formulated to maintain a similar concentration spread of sulfur content and varying vanadium, nickel or iron metal concentrations. The metallic content is varied for analytical calibration spreads purposes to closely match actuality. Each SpectroStandards® matrix composition consists of 100cc each of twelve (12) standard sets encompassing the concentration ranges generally investigated.
